Dr. DeCriscio
Dr.
Michael S. DeCriscio is the owner and sole practitioner of Allegany
Chiropractic Center. Originally from New Jersey, Dr. DeCriscio
completed his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Gettysburg
College in 1997. To follow his passion of human anatomy and helping
others, Dr. DeCriscio decided to attend the Doctorate Program at New
York Chiropractic College in upstate New York. After graduating the 5
year program in just 3 ½ years in 2000, Dr. DeCriscio worked
as an associate in Montgomery County for several years. In 2002, Dr.
DeCriscio purchased Allegany Chiropractic Center where he enjoys
treating patients from Hagerstown and several of the surrounding
counties. He currently resides in Frederick and enjoys spending time
with his family, golf, playing drums, and reading logic books.
Dr.
DeCriscio is a member of the American Chiropractic Association,
Maryland Chiropractic Association, and Hagerstown Exchange Club. Just
recently, he was recommended to serve as the expert witness for the
Maryland Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Mission
Statement
Dr. DeCriscio is dedicated to improving the health of each person he
treats. He respects that each individual is unique, and will do his
best to render the proper care to the best of his ability and judgment.
He will honor the faith his patients have placed with him by keeping
all their health care information confidential. He will do his best to
professionally document all services that are rendered and to bill for
those services in a prompt and accurate manner.
All of his decisions and treatment will be made for the benefit of the
patient’s long-term health. He will listen carefully to the
comments and suggestions of his patients and will treat each person
without regard to race, creed or color
